Walker Creek Ranch is a well-developed retreat center with many amenities, giving us a very different experience than at Bort Meadow and necessitating a different pricing structure for camp this year. At Walker Creek all of our meals – locally grown organic meals – are provided. We will have afternoon coffee and tea. In addition, there are cabins and lodges as housing options, and there are bathrooms and showers.
If you will need financial support to come to camp, follow the instructions in the registration form and we will contact you.
We have laid out all of the attendance options and the cost for each option here. Each price level includes lodging, meals, and the program fees. When you are filling out your registration form, you will choose one of these options, unless you are coming as a day attendee, in which case you can choose multiple days:
Registration is closed.
Option A: 2 Overnights — Full Week-end Friday 2pm to Sunday at 5pm.
- Includes 9 classes, opening and closing ceremonies, Friday night faculty-led jam session, Saturday night faculty concert.
- 6 meals (Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, Sunday breakfast and lunch, afternoon tea and coffee), 2 overnights
Option B: 1 Overnight — Friday 2pm to Saturday 11pm.
- Includes 6 classes, opening ceremony, Friday night faculty-led jam session, Saturday night faculty concert.
- 4 meals (Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, afternoon tea and coffee), 1 overnight (Friday)
Option C: 1 Overnight — Saturday 9am to Sunday 5pm.
- Includes 7 classes, Saturday night faculty concert, and closing ceremony.
- 4 meals (Saturday lunch and dinner, Sunday breakfast and lunch, afternoon tea and coffee), 1 overnight (Saturday)
Option D: Day Attendance
- Friday (2-11, dinner), Saturday (9-11, lunch & dinner), or Sunday (9-5, lunch). Afternoon tea and coffee.
- Includes all events scheduled for each day
